Hi, I’m Kateryna, the designer behind Kate’s Design Therapy.
I create spaces that feel calm, grounded, and deeply supportive — not just beautiful on the surface, but meaningful at their core.
For me, design is not decoration

Over the years, I’ve learned that most people don’t need more things — they need more intention. 
They need a space that supports their nervous system, their routines, their healing, and their next chapter.

My Story
I’ve always been drawn to the feeling of a space. Even before I worked in design, I intuitively rearranged furniture, studied how rooms affected mood, and created small transformations that made people feel instantly better.
Life led me through renovations, DIY projects, furnishing, and restoring older homes — and through that work, I saw how environment and well-being are inseparable.
I watched people breathe deeper, relax more, and reconnect with themselves once their home finally supported them.
That’s when Kate’s Design Therapy was born — a practice where design meets emotional clarity, making everyday life easier, lighter, and more intentional.
